A first-of-its-kind repair and service centre, with dedicated support for Manitou machine repairs, refurbishments and services, has been opened in Pretoria by work-at-height and materials handling solutions company Eazi Access.

Offering rental, sales, servicing and training across various industries, the company has partnerships with original-equipment manufacturer brands such as JLG, Linde Material Handling and, more recently, Manitou.

As an official distributor of Manitou, Eazi Access provides rental, sales, after-sales and service solutions to industries across its 23 locations.

The company asserts that its new repair, refurbishment and service centre will allow it to  repair or refurbish a range of Manitou machines, including telehandlers, rough terrain forklifts, skid steer loaders and backhoe loaders, known as TLBs. The product range incorporates attachments such as forks, bale handlers, brooms, buckets, concrete mixers and tyre handlers. It serves industries such as construction, agriculture, mining, heavy industry and light industry.

“The centre serves as a comprehensive solution for all customers who own Manitou machines. It is dedicated to elevating the customer service experience and strengthening the Manitou brand through a range of Eazi Access solutions. Our goal is to set the industry benchmark by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity for our customers,” notes Eazi Access business development manager: service and repairs Gerrit Hutten.
